(8) Having a cause to lead to a belief that the person has or used to have a behavior to
disclose or disseminate false information or document which may mislead or conceal
the truth that should be notified of its significance, which may affect decision- making

of the insured, beneficiary, shareholder or public or have or used to participate or
supported that kind of action committed by other person.

(9) There is a ground to believe that there is or there has been a behavior, reflecting
dereliction to examine and to prevent the juristic entity or the operation that one

used to have authority or the persons under one’s supervision (if any) to act or to
refrain from taking any action that may violate or be against insurance law or legally

issued notifications which may cause damage to the reputation, status, business
operation, the insured, the beneficiary, shareholders or the public.

(10) There is a ground to believe that there is or there has been a behavior which is

unethical or not up to a standard acceptable in insurance business or have or used to
participate or supported that kind of action committed by other person.
