Application Instructions

Applications for the Annual Scholarship Awards are now being accepted. As in the past a total of $35,000.00 will be
awarded to eligable recipents. Applications MUST be recieved by the commitee on or before March 31st. Last year the
number of applications were greatly increased and we anticipate heavy competition again this year. In order to be as fair
as possible, applications must follow all directions.

Applications had to be rejected beacuse of failure to comply with application instructions.

1. Obtain application on MPA website: www.masspolice.com

2.Applications must be accompanied by an official high school/college transcript. In the case where a school or college
will not furnish the transcript directly please supply them with a stamped enevelope with the following address:

3.Enclose any letters of recommendations that you wish.

4. A PHOTO (PLEASE SEND ALL PHOTOS AS HIGH RESOLUTION AS POSSIBLE) (NO PHOTOS PRINTED ON HOME PRINTERS)

5. Be certian that the application is certified and signed by local MPA Secretary/Collector

6. Mail completed form to address stated in intruction number 2

7. All envelopes must indicate on lower left side the AREA in which the candidate is applying for. (GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS ON WEBSITE)
