u The student will apply critical-thinking skills to

solve problems, guide research, and evaluate

projects using digital tools and resources by the

end of the first nine weeks.

• Strategy 1: The teacher will have students identify

what is known and unknown and what needs to be
known regarding a problem and explain the steps to

solve the problem
• Strategy 2: The teacher will have the students

evaluate the appropriateness of a digital tool to

achieve the desired product
• Strategy 3: The teacher will have students evaluate

products prior to final submission.
