Thinking about my strengths and

weakness allows me to be prepared

before I go into my class on what I should

be focused on. I need to be able to lean

on my strengths to best teach my

students. Pinpointing my weaknesses

gives me the opportunity to plan and help

myself before I get into the classroom. I

also can learn and build on my

weaknesses which can allows me to turn

them into strengths.
