Dr. Ramy Badawi
is an interventional cardiologist who specializes in catheter- based procedures
for the treatment of coronary artery disease, heart valve disease
and peripheral arterial disease.
He is the leading specialist in coronary chronic total occlusions (CTO) and complex higher risk (and indicated) patients (CHIP) procedures in Hawai’i, which offers
an alternative catheter- based therapy to patients who cannot undergo coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
He also has expertise in transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) which provides patients an alternative to open heart valve surgery and he offers endovascular solutions to treat patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD), claudication and critical limb ischemia (CLI) which provide patients with an alternative to open vascular surgery and/or amputation.

Dr. Kenneth Witmer
will join Adventist Health Castle's medical staff in September when he relocates from Washington, DC, to Oahu.
He specializes in endourology, kidney stone disease, and reconstructive urology, but cares for all patients with urologic disorders and diseases.
Dr. Witmer has a special interest in international medicine and has participated in several international service programs in countries
in Central America and Africa. Most recently,
he participated in a Urologic Reconstruction workshop in Kigali, Rwanda, with International Volunteers in Urology.
In his free time, Dr. Witmer enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, running, and hiking. He looks forward to embracing the Aloha Spirit and all that Hawai'i has to offer!
