Anderson new AH Castle
Patient Care Executive
Adventist Health Castle President Kathy Raethel has announced that Erik Anderson, formerly Director of Quality and Clinical Information Systems, has accepted the position of AH Castle Executive team as Patient Care Executive. Erik fills the vacancy left by Laura Westphal who is retiring August 4.
In 1997, Erik started in the Emergency Department as an emergency room technician and has grown personally and professionally with the organization. Promoted to Director of Quality in 2015, Erik has led the department through two TJC surveys and a successful Malcolm Baldrige Award journey.
Erik received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology degree from Pacific Lutheran University, and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Hawai'i Pacific University.
