Foreign exchange reserves have rapidly grown, 06

multidimensional poverty index;

Illiteracy elimination has been a national focus,
the universalization of primary education was completed
in 2000 and secondary education was made accessible
to all citizens in 2010; the number of university 08
and college students has increased by nearly 17 times
over the last 35 years; 95% of the population
are able to read and write;

Vietnam's human development index (HDI)
in 2019 was 0.704, which placed it in the high group 09
among countries around the world, especially
compared to those with the same level of development.
