A  socialist  society  is  one   01
 oriented towards progressive
 and  humanitarian  values,
 built on the basis of common
 aspirations,  and  shaped  to
 reflect  the  harmonization  of
 all the legitimate interests of
 its  members,  one  that  is
 fundamentally different from
 competitive  communities
 driven  by  private  gains  and                                                                     02
 factionalism.











 “… The Party's lines, as well
 as the policies, legislation and   03
 activities of the State, are all
 for the benefit of the People
 and formulated with the goal
 of advancing the interests of
 the  People.  The  general
 political  modus  operandi  is
 based  on  the  principle  of
 Party's  leadership,  People's
 ownership,  and  State's
 management.”

 socialist  state  is  different
 from a rule-based bourgeois
 state in that the rule of law
 under the capitalist system
 is  essentially  a  tool  for
 protecting  and  advancing

 bourgeois  class,  whereas   05  STANDS FOR AND STANDS TOGETHER WITH THE WHOLE COUNTRY, FOR THE HAPPINESS OF THE PEOPLE
 the  rule  of  law  under  the
 socialist  system  is  an
 instrument for the people to
 express  and  exercise  their
 right  to  self-rule,  and  to
 ensure  and  protect  the
 interests  of  the  majority  in
 society.”
