A socialist society is one 01
oriented towards progressive
and humanitarian values,
built on the basis of common
aspirations, and shaped to
reflect the harmonization of
all the legitimate interests of
its members, one that is
fundamentally different from
competitive communities
driven by private gains and 02
factionalism.
“… The Party's lines, as well
as the policies, legislation and 03
activities of the State, are all
for the benefit of the People
and formulated with the goal
of advancing the interests of
the People. The general
political modus operandi is
based on the principle of
Party's leadership, People's
ownership, and State's
management.”
“… The law-governed
socialist state is different
from a rule-based bourgeois
state in that the rule of law
under the capitalist system
is essentially a tool for
protecting and advancing

bourgeois class, whereas 05 STANDS FOR AND STANDS TOGETHER WITH THE WHOLE COUNTRY, FOR THE HAPPINESS OF THE PEOPLE
the rule of law under the
socialist system is an
instrument for the people to
express and exercise their
right to self-rule, and to
ensure and protect the
interests of the majority in
society.”
