When the year began, we were off to a great start - selling cars
and firing on all cylinders. Anyone who wanted a job could find
one. Unemployment was the lowest in our country’s history,
wages were up, stock market was up, inventory was available,
and then COVID hit.
Everyone started looking at their inventory wondering how
to sell it when nobody was working. Unemployment hit 20
percent, people were getting sick and dying, store shelves
were being emptied, and our lots were full of vehicles. All of a
sudden, the government started pumping money out and the
PPP money helped keep businesses open enabling people to
keep working, and cars were selling. We looked around and our
lots were empty, which meant we had to buy vehicles, and prices skyrocketed. Inventory
became scarce, natural disasters hit across the country, and we had our fires. We cannot sell
from an empty shelf, so of course, we drove the market higher shaking our head wondering CIADA PREFERRED
when it would end. Every vehicle we bought sold in record time. PROVIDERS WILL
