Our Health Center’s vision is in the name: to provide CARING, quality, integrated, holistic
patients at the HEALTH care keeping patients at the CENTER while administering the best patient
experience.
Healing Every L As President/CEO, my personal philosophy is coined in the acronym H.E.L.P.,
Healing Every Last Person. Your role in realizing/adopting this vision and being part of Caring
Health Center’s mission is deeply valued. Patient-centered; family focused care
is the core of our existence and delivering quality patient service is vital. Every person on
the team, whether an internal or external constituent, plays a critical role ensuring every
patient receives the best care possible.
Through collective effort and support, we strive to create an atmosphere enabling all to achieve their highest
level of excellence. With team based accountable care coordination we will move from Good to Great-
transitioning and transforming.
