WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE: The client’s home will provide:
Bedding: duvets, towels, pillows, and bed linen.
Bed: a bed, a wardrobe, and your own room. You may have to share a bathroom.
Food: clients are expected to spend £40 per week on your food, which should cover 3 meals per day. You are expected to include your food needs in your client’s shop, as well as cook fresh, and eat with them, being sociable and fun.
If you fancy yourself as a talented chef (or just want to win a £50 bonus) then please enter our monthly competition for the best meal by submitting photos to francesca@rangerhomecare.com.
IF you are with a CCG client, please note Ranger Home Care will transfer £35 to you after your first week of working.

FAMILY
Please keep in mind that Ranger Home Care should be the first point of contact. The client/- family have chosen to use Ranger Home Care for care. So please contact us for support and advice, we are here to help you. We will liaise with the family. Every fortnight Ranger Home Care will host a zoom meeting, this is your chance to have your say. So please log on and meet with us. Within 24 hours of you starting a client we will call you and within a week visit to ensure your care plan is correct. Please call us immediately if there are any medication or care plan changes. Remember that we are here to help and support you, so please notify us if you have any WhatsApp as the family will have your personal details, this is against our protocol and breaches GDPR rules.
QCS
The link for the QCS portal, which contains our policies and procedures is: https://app.qcs.- co.uk/account/login Your individual reading list will be on the portal; you must keep up to date and read the reading list set by our Registered Manager.
PPE
All PPE is supplied by Ranger Home Care. If the supplies in your client’s home are running low, it takes us 4 days to get more supplies to you. Please inform the office in plenty of time to make sure you are not left without adequate PPE.
