Read the following scriptures as a crew. Have the students highlight the verses in

their bibles and then pick words that caught their attention

One thing that we must remember about God’s view of what is just is that it is
Matthew 23:37-39 (CSB) not how we view justice. We see justice through our very limited view point. It is
always skewed by our own perceptions , notions and ideologies. Justice is some-

purpose on earth is to establish justice—and he will not give up until that work is

of God, who came to conquer the power of sin in this world (see John 1-10). He

of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’.” ing to consider how much injustice seems to prevail. Yet we cannot let that stop
us from taking steps today to join in God’s mission. Let’s not grow impatient ei-

ther. God isn’t finished yet. In the meantime, we can be involved in a small part of
Colossians 3:16 ESV what God has promised, and he will do it. We put our hope in him.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one
another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with
thankfulness in your hearts to God.
