Gallen Center, we’re working hard to dispel the misunder- standings and ensure our program is available and always meaningful.
Safely@Home is the program that helps us ensure that elders in the community have a safe environment. Under this program we continue to run our membership program that brings together care management and property management as a wraparound for community elders.
This year we’ve also grown our home safety assessment program. Safely@Home manager Stacey Orden received certification as an Aging in Place specialist. She makes herself available to every discharge from our rehab service and conducts a full home assessment and makes recom- mendations to the family, a service that is much appreciated.
Home at Home continues to grow and we look forward to another year of success.
Under the Home at Home umbrella we provide a number of home and community-based services, all of which are designed to help members of our community to age at home successfully.
