               2.9 Employee Health and Safety
It is the policy of E3 to provide you a safe and healthy workplace and to follow procedures intended to safeguard all
employees. Accident prevention and efficiency in production go together; neither should be given priority over the
               other.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. Every E3 Manager is expected to devote the time and effort necessary to ensure
the safety of employees at all times.

               2.10 Workplace Accidents
Any employee who is injured on the job or becomes ill due to direct or indirect contact with materials on the job is
to report the injury or illness including accidents, potential safety hazards, safety suggestions and health and safety
related issues immediately to your E3 Manager and/or E3 Human Resources. If the injury or illness requires
emergency medical treatment, this treatment is to be provided immediately by any means necessary or contact
outside emergency response agencies, if needed. If it is not an emergency, the employee is required to see a
physician or visit a medical facility at the earliest possible time.

               2.10.1 Workers’ Compensation Insurance
You are covered by workers' compensation insurance provided by E3. Worker’s compensation insurance provides
for payment of your medical expenses and for partial salary continuation in the event of work-related accident or
illness occur. Please inform the doctor or medical facility that the visit may be a pending workers’ compensation
               claim.

The amount of benefits payable and the duration of payment depend upon the nature of your injury or illness. All
medical expenses incurred in connection with an on-the-job injury or illness and partial salary payments are paid in
               accordance with applicable state law.

If you are injured or become ill on the job, you must immediately report such injury or illness to the onsite E3
Manager. This ensures that E3 can help obtain appropriate medical treatment. Your failure to follow this procedure
may result in the appropriate workers' compensation report not being filed timely in accordance with the law, which
may delay or cancel benefits in connection with the injury or illness. Questions regarding workers' compensation
insurance should be directed to the E3 Human Resources Department.
