Driver Safety Policy Acknowledgement Form
The Driver Safety Policy describes important information about E3 Federal Solutions’ (E3)
driver safety procedures, policies, and expectations. I understand that I must consult with my E3
manager or the Human Resources department for any questions regarding the policy.
Since the information and policies described herein are necessarily subject to change, I
acknowledgement that revisions to the policy may occur. All such changes will be
communicated through official notices, and I understand that revised information may
superseded, modify, or eliminate existing policies. Furthermore, I acknowledge that this policy is
neither a contract of employment nor a legal document.
I have received the policy and, by signing below, I do hereby consent that I have read,
understand, and shall comply with the policy and any revisions made to it.
