On April 26, MD Medical reported that in 1Q24 the company's revenue grew by 23.2% YoY to RUB 7.6 billion, showing an acceleration in growth rates versus 21% in 4Q23. At the same time, strong revenue dynamics were observed in all key business segments, including growth in Moscow hospitals by 25% and regional hospitals by 21%. It is important that a significant part of the growth was due to the positive dynamics of physical indicators: in general, for the group, visits, bed days, IVF and childbirth increased by 17%, 9%, 7% and 18%, respectively.
Capital expenditures in the 1st quarter amounted to RUB 512 million, and the net cash position at the end of the period was at RUB 10.9 billion.
Overall, we consider the results positive. We also remind you that MD Medical is at the final stage of redomiciliation in the Russian Federation, after which the company plans to pay dividends, including for previous periods. We expect double-digit returns, potentially up to 14%.
