Marks & Spencer (London/MKS), which on March 3 ceased shipments to Russia, has decided to fully exit its Russian franchise run by Turkey’s Fiba Holding, owned by Husnu Ozyegin.
What Fiba will do with the M&S stores in Russia is unknown.
Fiba Retail Group, launched in 1999, holds Turkey, Russia and Ukraine franchise rights for M&S along with Banana Republic and Gap Inc (New York/GPS).
