 Dugin is a Russian political philosopher and ultranationalist who backs the idea
 of dismemberment of Ukraine and other former Soviet countries and making
 them part of Russia. In the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, he called
 for killings of Ukrainians.
 Unknown Russian group claims responsibility for murder of imperialist
  ideologue's daughter. The National Republican Army, a group that had not
 been known before Aug. 21, is responsible for the murder of Daria, the
 daughter of Russian imperialist Alexander Dugin, former Russian lawmaker
 Ilya Ponomaryov said. He claimed that the group had authorised him to issue
 the statement. "We... (are outlawing) the initiators of the war and those who
 rob and oppress the peoples of Russia," the group allegedly said. "We declare
 President Putin a usurper of power and a war criminal who amended the
 Constitution, unleashed a fratricidal war between Slavic peoples, and sent
 Russian soldiers to certain and senseless death." Daria Dugina, who actively
 supported Russia's war against Ukraine, was killed by a car bomb on Aug. 20.
 Russia unilaterally halts US inspections of its nukes under the New
 START treaty. The New START (Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty) was signed
 in 2010 and is expected to last until 2026. The treaty provides for 18 on-site
 inspections per year for U.S. and Russian nuclear arsenals.

The Turkish company that produces Bayraktar combat drones, is currently in the process of building
a factory in Ukraine, said Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Vasyl Bodnar. According to Bodnar, Baykar has already registered in Ukraine, developed project documents and purchased a land plot. In July, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan reportedly said that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin asked him for a deal with the Turkish defence firm. Baykar’s CEO Haluk Bayraktar earlier said his company wouldn't sell the drones to Russia. “Turkey supports Ukraine with combat drones. We would never do that,” he said.
Putin allies use loopholes in British law to bypass sanctions. Businessmen Arkady and Boris Rotenberg, close allies of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, have created a company that is not legally required to disclose its beneficiaries, according to an investigation by the BBC and Finance Uncovered.
