July was still a pretty bad month for the Russian budget revenues. Both oil/gas revenue and other revenue were 25% below July 2021. And that is in nominal terms, in real terms revenues were close to 40% lower.
Meanwhile, Russia's federal budget spending was 25% higher than July last year (unfortunately, the share of defence spending is classified since May 2022).
