In January-September 2022, Rosneft produced 3.81mn barrels per day of liquid hydrocarbons, which was flat in comparison with the same period in 2021. In general, hydrocarbon production over this period increased by 2.2% - up to 4.97mn barrels of oil equivalent per day. Rosneft has not yet disclosed production results for 2022. In 2021, Rosneft increased hydrocarbon production by 4.9% to 4.985mn barrels of oil equivalent per day. In absolute terms, production reached 1.82bn barrels of oil equivalent, or 245.3mn tonnes of oil equivalent.

Novatek and India’s Deepak Fertilizers signed a memorandum of understanding on low-carbon hydrogen and LNG supplies, the Russian gas producer said on February 6. The Memorandum "envisages spot and long- term LNG deliveries to Deepak Fertilizers, including from the Arctic LNG 2 project. The Parties also intend to cooperate in long-term supply of low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia produced with the use of carbon capture and underground storage, cracking, and renewable energy sources" at the future gas chemical site of Novatek," the company said.
Russian independent gas producer Novatek is in negotiations with Indian companies on long-term LNG supply contracts, the company’s CEO Leonid Mikhelson told reporters. "Now we are negotiating with several companies on long-term supply contracts for the Indian market," he said. According to him, Novatek is set to conclude long-term contracts with Indian companies for the supply of LNG to the country and the relevant negotiations are underway. "We expect that consumers in India will still be focused on long- term contracts," he said.
Novatek has applied to the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to delist its global depositary receipts on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) with a statement to cancel the admission of GDRs to trading on the main market. As stated in the company's message, the company made this decision "in connection with the actual suspension of trading on the company's global depositary receipts from March 3, 2022." The last day for GDRs to be listed on the London Stock Exchange will be March 7th. The delisting is effective March 8, 2023.
