TAV Operation Services (TAV OS), a subsidiary of Turkish airport operator TAV Airports, operates 90 lounges in 28 countries.
The company is targeted serving 90mn to 94mn passengers in 2019.
Together with its subsidiaries, TAV Airports provided services to one million flights and 152mn passengers in 2018.
The decline in the passenger figures is because of the termination of TAV’s contract to operate Ataturk Airport in Istanbul following the opening of new Istanbul Airport.
Aeroports de Paris Group owns 46.1% of TAV.

Shares in Pegasus dropped more than 3.5% on January 8 after Turkish Airlines announced that its subsidiary Anadolu Jet will launch international flights this summer from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gokcen Airport.
Turkey’s Civil Aviation Authority has declined applications for new Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen airport flight rights under current conditions, claiming capacity constraints stemming from ongoing maintenance works and heavy air traffic, Pegasus said on January 17.
However, trade press have been reporting the move as a means of giving Turkey’s new mega airport, which has struggled with substantial teething problems, a boost.
It was not clear from the Pegasus statement whether it or another airline had made the request for additional flights from Sabiha Gokcen.
Sabiha Gokcen, Istanbul’s second largest airport, serves as Pegasus’s main hub of operations.
Pegasus said: “After evaluating the impact of this development, we do not foresee any revisions to our financial and operational targets for 2020.”
Pegasus is targeting net income of between €210mn and €250mn in 2020, the company said in January . its Ebitda (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) margin for this year is projected to be between 32% to 32.5%.
