    ● Metinvest
Metinvest, a mining and metallurgical group, is continuing to produce metal products at its enterprises in Ukraine despite the ongoing war and power shortages. CEO Yuriy Ryzhenkov stated that the company is working to "preserve jobs and pay taxes" and is focused on "the defence and restoration of the country's infrastructure." However, the company's operations have been complicated by rising production costs, falling prices for certain products, and logistical constraints due to the blockade on seaborne exports. Despite these challenges, Metinvest's enterprises are continuing to operate at varying capacity levels based on safety, logistics, and economic factors. Kamet Steel and the joint venture Zaporizhstal are still producing products, and construction of the mine block No. 11 is ongoing at Pokrovske Coal while Central Mining continues to produce pellets. Metinvest is also working to combat theft by Russia, which has stolen more than 234,000 tonnes of the company's steel from Mariupol. The company has filed lawsuits with the European Court of Human Rights against Russia for damages to its property and possessions in Mariupol and other territories of Ukraine.
