2.13 Kremlin fully financed Wagner PMC
President Vladimir Putin of Russia revealed that the Russian government had fully ensured the financing of the Wagner Private Military Company (PMC). Putin emphasized that the state had provided complete financial support to the group from the defence Ministry's budget.
