      Salaries of personnel in the Russian production of printed circuit boards, computer technology and electronics have grown by 20-30% since the beginning of the year, but the shortage of workers on the lines reaches 60%, Kommersant writes.
According to HeadHunter, cited by the newspaper, vacancies for the position of operator of surface mount lines increased by 23% (294) with an increase in salaries by 20%, up to 60 thousand rubles, for positions of production managers - by 89% (429) with an increase in salaries by 4%, up to 130 thousand rubles.
The industry confirms that over the year the salary of employees has increased by 20-30%, and by the end of the year they expect an increase of another 10-15%. But this is unlikely to help solve the problem of manpower - the shortage is too great. In the category of manual installers, there is a shortage of 20% of employees, among operators of the surface-mounted line - about 40%, and among production managers - up to 60%, Elena Zhidkova, head of Promkontrakt, told the publication.
Non-material incentives help little - the reservation of specialists from mobilization does not apply to civilian production, it is difficult to count on poaching specialists, because they are still not enough.
The shortage of personnel in the industry is exacerbated by intractable structural problems. First, the disproportionate growth in demand for in-house specialists after the departure of foreign manufacturers of civilian electronic equipment from Russia. You can look for a replacement for them at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex, but the latter are now also working in three shifts.
