● Every family with children aged 3-15 will receive a one-off payment of RUB10,000 ($135) per child. There are no exclusion criteria, but families must request payment via the Public Services Portal.
● Families not eligible for maternity capital will receive RUB5,000 ($68) per month for April through June for each child under the age of three.
