Individual EU countries may put forward additional conditions for the negotiations on Ukraine's accession. According to the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Olga Stefanishyna, Ukraine will have to negotiate with these countries to obtain their consent. "This means that even before the end of this year, we may need to implement additional agreements that will arise from the member states as conditions for their consent to start the negotiation process," said Stefanishyna.
