Bull Realty opened its doors in Midtown Atlanta in 1998 in a small office on
Piedmont Road. Over the past 20 years, it has become a regional powerhouse.
Still headquartered here in Atlanta, GA, Bull Realty is licensed and does business
in nine Southeast States. The firm is best known for its innovative marketing

first commercial brokerage site to provide open access to resources, market
information and available properties.
When asked of his keys to success through over 20 years in the business, founder
Michael Bull points to his employees and to his agents. “It’s all about our people.
