Established in 1986, Harkaway Homes has become the industry leader in the reproduction of Victorian and

Harkaway Homes service clients throughout Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and Southern
Queensland and provide the combined services of both Designers and Suppliers:
Designers

As designers, we offer a variety of Victorian and Early Federation ranges with “Olde Worlde” rooflines. Our
floor plans are 100% flexible, allowing you to build a home suited to your lifestyle. Your architect quality
Harkaway Home will be perfectly profiled to sit on your land with presence and to be admired by all.

Suppliers
As suppliers, we supply premium quality Construction Packages matched to your individualised Harkaway
Home. Further information on the materials and components supplied can be found in the Deluxe Components
List included in the Information Pack.

Our Head Office and Display Centre is located in South East Business Park, Pakenham, Victoria. Two of our
homes are on display, one being from our magnificent Pavilion Series and the other from our Gabled Victorian
Traditional Series, which features 4 bedrooms, open plan living and a Coolgardie Room. Our Head Office also
features two-levels of showrooms, an interactive cinema and photographic displays of all our ranges. Maps are
also available for drive by inspections, where you can view our homes built by our clients.

We encourage you to visit our Head Office and Display Centre, where you will find our highly dedicated
consultants who will gladly offer any further information required.
We are open 6 days a week - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm and closed Sunday.

Harkaway Homes offer products of the highest quality in design, materials and service. The following information
is intended to give an insight into the normal methods in erecting one of our homes. Further information will
