Ever since I was little I would count down the years until I could call myself a senior, and here I am fourteen
years later, graduating in a few months. It feels like it was just yesterday when I was back to school shopping
for grade 6 excited to finally get lockers, and now I am sitting here writing my senior statement. I will never
forget the countless memories I’ve made in this school, the endless nights studying for periodics, and the
tiring flights of stairs to our classes. A special thank you to my parents and siblings for their support and
encouragement – I truly couldn’t have done it without them. To my friends thank you for dealing with my
breakdowns and rants, love you guys. Best of luck to all seniors’23, we are #thebestseniors.

I have to start by saying that, even though I never thought this day would come this quickly, I am going to
miss my wonderful home, Choueifat. They have offered us the best teachers, the best support, and most
importantly, the best people to accompany me on this beautiful journey. To all my friends who shaped me
into the man I am today, I am forever grateful and you will all hold a special place in my heart. Lastly, none
of this would have been possible without the constant support from my family, they have always followed up
on me, kept up with my troubles, and never gave up on me; I owe my life to them. Anyway, I will cherish
every single one of our memories forever. Seniors 2023, I love you.
