INTERNATIONAL DAY
OF ELDERLY
In honor of the International Day for Older Persons, on October 1st, the Federal Heads of the Student Life
Organziation were invited to visit Majlis Al Khwaneej. They celebrated our elders and gave them roses to
honour them, on this special day. Our co-head of the SLO Tuleen Al Shawa also read out a beautiful Arabic
poem to highlight our respect for the elderly in our society. At ISC Dubai, we hope to embed within our
students a sense of deep respect for our elders; as they are the people who shaped the UAE into the great
nation it is today.
