Waiting for that 4 o’clock bell to ring , for that last day of school
to come ... Those moments are considered the best to any
student out there , but now that I am counting my last couple
of seconds, I wish it could last longer . I am absolutely going
to miss the laughs we had , the activities we did, and every
moment I spent in this school, in general ; but I’ll mostly miss
the great teachers that now I consider my bigger brothers and
sisters, and the classmates that formed my second family .

I can’t help but look back at the years I have spent in the seemingly impossi-
ble place I have grown to cherish in the past few years. As I approach this new
beginning that lays ahead of me, I would never have imagined saying this in
my younger years, but I will miss the endless hours we spent in front of those
computers in the exam hall while trying to solve the “no calculators” exams,
even the monthly CATs that later became periodics. I’m so grateful for the op-
portunities that Choueifat has offered me; for building me up and giving me the
strength to become more independent. Finally, I truly want to thank my family,
teachers, and friends for supporting me throughout this journey and helping
me shape the person I am today.

The day we got caught when we tried to do the slippers prank,
on the last day of school in grade 10, and ended up with a big
pile of slippers lying in the corridor.
