Dubai Fitness Challenge
































































































































          ISC Dubai is actively participating in the Dubai Fitness Challenge that was launched by




          Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and



          Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai Government and Dubai Sports Council.



          Now as we experience the cooler winter weather, the Dubai Fitness Challenge is a



          wonderful initiative to get all residents of Dubai moving, through an array of physical




          exercises that are taking place for free across the emirate. The concept is to exercise



          for just 30 minutes for 30 days from 20th October until 18th November 2017.



          Participants are encouraged to download the interactive App that logs your activities



          and announces the many free events taking place around the city on a daily basis. At




          ISC Dubai we always stress to parents and students the importance of physical



          exercise, as it compliments a healthy mind and body, as well as a positive approach



          toward studies. When we exercise, our body releases happy endorphins that can



          immediately take your day from feeling down and pessimistic to positivity and a glow




          of happiness. Why Should You Get Involved?: 1. Exercise releases a chemical in the



          brain called Dopamine that contributes to increased levels of happiness. 2. Sweat to



          relieve stress. 3. Forget coffee or energy drinks. Working out is a natural energiser. 4.



          Increase your confidence – when you look good, you feel good. 5. Relieves any




          lingering and unwanted anxiety. 6. Guarantees a good night’s sleep that is the key to



          feeling good both mentally and physically!
