It was a great week with good

company and the matches were

played in the right spirit, as usual.

We look forward to their visit
again next year, when we’ll be

doing our best to retain that

trophy.

Aqua Fit has started and if you have not seen it yet – why not come

along.

With the weather getting hotter by the day – this is a great way to cool

down.

Come and have some fun in the pool to some fantastic music, with the
added bonus of toning up at the same time.

Sessions are every Thursday and Saturday 5 to 6pm. 2€ per session.

I will still be running Keep Fit on Tuesday’s at 4pm and Friday’s at 2pm

in the bar – for those that would rather not be in the pool.

Or if you want – why not come to both???
