girl’s face. Blair comes with books, accessories and her family farm
restaurant.

17 Spicy Thai Cooking Class with The Velvet Pig
What makes a meal appetizing? The secret to Thai cooking is all of
the ingredients pairing well. This is your chance to experiment and
learn how to bring together the smoothness of the coconut milk; the
spiciness of the red chilies, and floral notes of the coriander in the
Thai curry paste. Four couples will have a blast on the farm cooking
with the Velvet Pig. Joe and Jena Stough are opening their amazing
barn and lodge for a night of cooking, wine and cocktail pairings and
many laughs! Guests are invited to enjoy all of the amenities the farm
has to offer, relaxing on the beautiful porch, fishing or kayaking in the
pond, and staying the night in the four-bedroom lodge (sleeps 12 if
you decide to turn this into a guy’s night or ladies night).

19 Goose Hunt and Dinner at Chart House
This is your chance to go goose hunting in Thornwell with 2-3 friends
and Scott Duplechin! Scott will provide breakfast and point you in the
direction of a great time hunting. Later, you can enjoy a four-course
dinner for 6 at the Chart House to regale your family and friends of
what a fabulous time you had hunting. The hunt must be taken on
a mutually agreed upon date and the dinner must be taken on a
Wednesday or Thursday night with one week’s advance reservation.
