Through FAITH we understand that

the worlds were framed by the word of God,

so that things which are seen were not made

of things which do appear. Hebrews 11:3 KJV

Paul put it this way—

…God…calleth those things which be not

as though they were. Romans 4:17c KJV

In other words, God is summoning them

(those things) to rise into being

and appear before him.

He said, “Let there be…” and it was. (Genesis 1 KJV)
