SAUDI ARABIA
Despite having the third-largest oil reserves in the 86,741 $1,619,368,934
world, Canada imported $14.4 billion worth of oil
from foreign countries in 2016. Most, $12.7 billion,
went to Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
Energy East, a proposal for a direct pipeline linking
Western Canadian oil with refineries in Eastern
