Fort McKay Logistics

The Fort McKay Group of Companies (FMGOC) was formed
in 1986 and has evolved over the course of its lifetime. It has
always been the wholly owned and operated arm of the Nation’s
business portfolio. It has its own management and executive Fort McKay Strategic Services
teams which are responsible for day to day operations.

FMFN is the only shareholder in FMGOC and its shareholder
interests are represented on the Board of Directors.
