Happy Holidays!
The holiday season brings thoughts of thanks to those who have made our lives a bit more
pleasant. Our dedicated staff at the Club at Kingsmill Resort, including those behind the
scenes, continues to take pride in the quality of service he or she in providing you. In
continuing with the tradition that we started in 2017, and one that has been established at
other golf and country clubs for many years, we invite our members to show their
appreciation to the entire club staff for services rendered throughout the year with our
Employee Holiday Fund.
This year, we are asking you to opt-in to the Holiday fund with a suggested contribution of
$25.00-$50.00 based on your usage of the club as well as the services you have been
provided at the club. With all of your contributions, 100% goes to our employees who
serve you every day; club executives are not eligible. Funds are distributed to employees
based off of tenure and hours worked over the course of the past year. Last year’s funds
were handed out during our Employee Holiday Party and they were happy to see that the
holiday fund was made possible by contributions from wonderful members like you!
If you would like to participate in this year’s Holiday fund, please indicate the amount you
would like to contribute on the form below, then sign and return it to the club by
November 22, 2019.
If you choose not to contribute no response is necessary.
