                                                                  A Few Tips To Help Make the

                                                                         Time Change Easier





                                                             There's several tips on the Internet for
                                                              helping you adjust to daylight saving

                                                             time. Here's a few that stood out to us.






                                                                Prep early - go to bed a few minutes
                                                                early Friday night.
                                                                Don't take naps - if you need to, keep

                                                                them no longer than 20 minutes.
                                                                Avoid that extra cup of coffee and
                                                                alcohol.

                                                                Get in a little bit more exercise this
                                                                next week.

                                                                Celebrate that you have more time
                                                                in the day to enjoy those you love!
