OVERVIEW
On May 6 – 11, 2019, Kingsmill Resort is excited to welcome 32 professional
female tennis players to the Kingsmill Women’s Tennis
Pro Circuit Championship. The tournament, hosted on the resort’s 15
court world class tennis facility, will feature international professionals
competing for a $15,000 purse in singles and doubles.
The USTA Pro Circuit, formed in 1979, provides players with an
opportunity to gain the professional ranking points they need to compete
on the major pro tours. It has since grown into the largest developmental
tennis circuit in the world, consisting of approximately 90 tournaments
and offering nearly $3 million in prize money.
