                                      AMBI Distribution based in Beverly Hills,
                                      California, is the worldwide sales arm of AMBI
                                      Group, Andrea Iervolino and Monika Bacardi’s
                                      vertically integrated finance, production and
                                      distribution company.


                                      AMBI Distribution handles international sales on all AMBI Pictures
                                      productions and has sold nine feature films in 2014/2015, including;
                                      an adaption of Pulitzer Prize-winning author John Steinbeck’s classic
                                      novel “In Dubious Battle” anchored by James Franco, Selena Gomez
                                      and Robert Duvall, romantic comedies “This Beautiful Fantastic”
                                      with Jessica Brown Findlay, Tom Wilkinson and Jeremy Irvine, and
                                      “All Roads Lead to Rome” with Sarah Jessica Parker, and sci-fi films
                                      “Rupture” starring Noomi Rapace along with “Andron” featuring
                                      Danny Glover and Alec Baldwin.

                                      In September, AMBI Group announced the acquisition of Exclusive
                                      Media’s library of titles in partnership with Raven Capital
                                      Management, a New York-based private equity firm. AMBI
                                      Distribution is proud to present this diverse and critically acclaimed
                                      slate of titles, including: “Begin Again,” “Cruel Intentions,” “Donnie
                                      Darko,” “End of Watch,” “Ides of March,” “Memento,” “Parkland,”
                                      “Rush,” “Sliding Doors,” “Snitch,” “Undefeated” and “The Way Back.”
