Digunakan untuk membicarakan aksi yang sedang berlangsung

Contohnya : (+) My mother is taking a nap.

(-) My mother is not taking a nap.

(?) Is your mother taking a nap?

Past continous tenses

Subject+were/was + v 1.ing

Suatu kejadian yang terjadi di masa lampau

Contohnya : (+) I was exercising at 6 a.m. this morning.

(-) I wasn’t exercising at 6 a.m. this morning
