Loose Change Collection

Many of you will remember that we have encouraged members of the
congregation to donate their loose change to a worthwhile charity via
church. For some years we have sent the donations to The Leprosy
Mission, a UK charity that fights the spread of leprosy wherever it is
found but particularly in Africa.

We recently sent a small donation in December but have now received
a letter from them saying that if we send a donation by mid-April the
UK government will match the donation.
So, could anyone who would like to support that appeal find a way of
passing their donation to me via the church sooner rather than later
so we can take advantage of the gesture by the UK government.

Message to all Magazine Distributors

The time has come to collect magazine subscriptions. The PCC
decided that as we did not publish the magazine for part of last year
to defer the collection of subscriptions until April 2021.
Can you therefore invite your customers and anyone else interested
in receiving the magazine to pay the annual subscription of £8.25 (at
least) for the year to 30th April 2022.
I am sure that all readers will agree that this is a good value subscription
and helps to support the church in these challenging times.
