been conducted for shift 3 team
member and the other relevant
Saudi Aramco parties, for instance
K-9 crew, Medical, Marine Terminal
unit, FrPD, boarder Guard (BG).

Response Time and
Proactivity KPI

Based on shift 3 Security Supervisor I instructions to evaluate and analyze patrolmen
response time to the incident scene, WR 911Emergency Center was communicated to
start sudden testing JSOD patrolmen response time during the night shift and measures
the time of security patrol response to the incidents designated location. The below
table shows time response as following:
