Knowledge Transfer Preretirement
Seminar
Shift 3 employee Mahmod Shaoli was attended the
preretirement seminar program that recommended by
WRISOD management which was took place on
January 24 2019 at almusadia auditorium. Therefore,
Mahmod was conducted knowledge transfer session
to pass helpful gained information to employees
approaching retirement i.e. retirement plans, long-
term goals, pensions, financial management, and
healthcare.
In the continuously efforts to train and instruct shift
3 members in order to be prepared for field activities
as well as to be fully aware about the better way
dealing the equipment and devices. Therefore, Gate
#2 controller Waheeb Al-Ghanemi was take the
opportunity of silence times of night shift to conduct
an awareness session in regard to SCBA to his
subordinates.
