                       presenter was highlighted
                       steps for dealing with angry
                       customers due to
                       customers may get angry
                       for a variety of reason,
                       some justified, some no
                       especially during Ramadan.
                       He also, advice his fellow
                       security men; greet with a
                       smile, remain calm, don't
                       take it personal, use your
                       best listening skills and find
                       a solution
