Facility Security Filed Drill

As scheduled, ISPS field drill was conducted on the night of September 8th, 2018 at 0005 hours in ISPS on job training &

ticket, however the Agent became stumble and specified that he don’t know anything about the load in the truck without
pursuing from the Security Patrol regarding the load, At 00:08 hours, Informed WR 911 Emergency Center and requested
a K-9 unit and request support from Border Guard. At 00:09 hours, Border Guard arrived to the locating, in the meantime
the Agent attempt to escape when the situation got complicated but, Security Patrol arrested the Agent with Border
Guard help which was placed in Border Guard custody, at 0010hours. PFSO attended to the location and request from
security patrol to close the area and prevent any access moreover, PFOS informed WR911 Emergency center to change
the ISPS level to second level, in addition PFSO request from Jeddah Terminal Shift supervisor to stop all operation
activity at Marine until further notice. At 00:11 hours, K-9 team arrived to the location with permission from PFSO they
start searching the Agent Truck with negative result, At 00:14 hours, Border Guard sergeant requested to search the
truck physically, At 00:17 hours, Border Guard sergeant informed PFSO that a secret compartment was found under the
truck contain illegal substance and liquor along with forger Passports, at 00:20 hours, PFSO communicant with WR911
EC inform them that, the situation is under control. At 00:25 hours, after reinvestigation with the Agent he confess that
this is his first time smuggling and hSeauwdai As rpaamidcoto: CdoemlivpearnyitGtoentehrealsUhispetherefor, the Agent was handled to Border Guard
for further investigation. At 00:29 hours, PFSO declare that, the area is safe and operation activities can be resumed and
request WR 911 Emergency Center to announce all clear. At 00:30 hours, WR 911 Emergency Center to announce all
clear and everything back to normal
