Silent Auction
• Each item in the Silent Auction has its own place on our mobile bidding site. Persons desiring to bid may do so by clicking on the item and entering the amount they wish to bid.
• The Silent Auction closes on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 9:30 p.m.
• Winning bids will be notified electronically.
• All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items.
Live Auction
• All bids will be done electronically.
• Each prize will be awarded to the highest bidder.
• All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items.
Fund-A-Bruin
• All donations will be done electronically.
• Your credit card is automatically charged for this 100% tax-deductible donation.
• Fund-A-Bruin bids will be included on your emailed receipt for purchases made this evening.
Checkout
• Winning bidders will be notified electronically.
• Receipts will be emailed.
• In-person winning bidders, please do not remove silent auction items from the tables. We will
deliver them to you at your table.
• Virtual winning bidders can pick up their items on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from noon – 4:00 p.m.
Simply pull up to the front lobby and we will place your item(s) in your trunk for you. If you live outside the area, please contact Amy DiMarco ’91, Special Events Coordinator, at adimarco@paduafranciscan.com or 440-845-8224 to arrange shipping.
