Auction Terms and Conditions
Every effort has been made to create a “good faith” description of each item. Therefore, each winning bidder must accept items as displayed or described throughout the auction.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the parties designated on the certificate regarding details of the purchase, such as dinners, sporting tickets, event tickets, vacation destinations, etc. We recommend that contact be made within a week to clarify plans.
All sales are final. Merchandise sold as is. Neither the donor nor Padua can provide servicing or a guarantee with the items.
All services must be used within the stated “use by” time limit and are subject to terms, conditions and restrictions as stated by the donor.
Tax Deductibility Information
Padua Franciscan High School is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization as described in Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Tax ID number is 34-1719465. The amount of the winning bid which exceeds the value of the item being bid on qualifies as a tax-deductible donation. Consult your tax advisor as necessary.
