• Interes3ng facts about the dive sites
Fishers built it. It is a three-part reef made by two fishermen. The reef consists of lots of trees and rocks that protectto a large variety of marine life. Proximity to the harbour mouth brings in a lot of nutrients, which provide an abundant food supply for the plen3ful marine life growing in this area.
7. Tiny Rocks:
• Intro & History
This dive site was discovered by S.B Aravind and Rob Partridge in 2010. It consists of small natural rocks scaOered around on a sensi3ve sandy boOom. It is located just 2 km to the North of Danny's eel garden. Since the topography consists of a flat sandy boOom with a couple of 3ny rocks scaOered around, “of course” this site has been named “Tiny Rocks”. The gaps between the rocks have now become home to dozens of juvenile moray eels and loads of other marine life such as crabs, lobsters, shrimps etc.
• Features
It is a small dive site but is home to loads of fascina3ng marine life. There are several rocks scaOered around, and a few of them have filamentous algae growing on them, and a few are covered with barnacles.
